Check your email for install instructions

The full install walkthrough, your license key, and your onboarding call link are in the welcome email titled "You're in. Let's install Charlie OS." Search your inbox for "Charlie OS" if you don't see it.

Quick install (3 steps)

  1. Click Download installer above. The zip lands in your Downloads folder.
  2. Unzip the file. Open the folder, navigate to mac/ on macOS or windows/ on Windows.
  3. Double-click START-HERE.command (Mac) or START-HERE.bat (Windows). Paste your license key from the email when prompted.

macOS first-launch: if you see "developer cannot be verified," right-click the file, choose Open, then click Open in the dialog. One-time approval, then you're set.
